Garden Workshop at the Central Texas Food Bank

Join us on March 29 from 9-11:30 AM for coffee & breakfast snacks, meet and hang with other growers, and let's kick off the 2025 Orchard Workshop series at CTFB!

Everyone will take home 1 or 2 fig trees we will propagate with Figbeard!

The cost of your ticket is a $10 donation that will directly go towards the Central Texas Food Bank's programming and initiatives that provide nourishing food and healthy meals to over 74,000 Central Texans every week!

Event Schedule:

• 9-9:30 AM — Social Time, Coffee, Snacks
• 9:30-10 AM — Introductions, Overview, Garden Tour
• 10-10:30 AM — Field Grafting Persimmon Trees 
• 10:30-11 AM — Hands-on Experience: Propagating Fig Cuttings
• 11-11:30 AM — Closing Questions/Discussion
