Join us for an exclusive dining experience in our beautiful on-site culinary garden pavilion with Chef Nick Middleton and the Rabbit Hospitality team, at the only dinner they are doing that is open to the public in Austin this year! Thanks to the generosity of Chef Nick and the Rabbit team, 100% of your ticket is donated directly to the Central Texas Food Bank to help provide more nutritious meals to our neighbors facing hunger.

About the Chef 
Chef Nick Middleton is the Executive Chef of Rabbit Hospitality which cooks for the celebrity astronauts at Blue Origin, operates Golden Boy in the Fareground & Y Comida Catering and pops up twice per year at Bader Ranch in Round Top. Nick crafts a distinctive culinary narrative rooted in his Louisiana and Mexican heritage, refined through years of experience with helping open acclaimed concepts like Loro, and Zed’s, as well as events for Outstanding in the Field, SXSW, Amazon, KIND Bar.
