As an advocate for our community's children, I ask you to include in the upcoming Child Nutrition Reauthorization the following provisions:

EBT cards provided to families of low-income children who may not have consistent access to summer meal sites;

Alternative delivery methods for summer meals, including mobile feeding and backpacks;
Elimination of duplicative administrative processes and paperwork so providers can offer both CACFP and SFSP in a streamlined way;

Reimbursement for both CACFP and SFSP providers to serve children much-needed third meals of the day;

Increased reimbursement rates so all child nutrition programs can serve the healthiest meals possible.
